Sometimes, our life needs a little “tweak”: we are unclear about
our goals or direction, our lives seem to lack purpose or a sense
of “mission”. Generally, we’re doing OK, but we go through our days
without passion, and possibly little true commitment to what we’re
doing.

Unless we have clarity about what we are working towards
and why we are doing it, it can be difficult to achieve our ambitions.
Life coaching can help us navigate these waters.
Seeing a life coach who is psychologically trained, such as a counsellor, means
that you are having a conversation with someone who has the
understanding, training and commitment to help you make positive
change.
