It can be difficult knowing how to cope with unfamiliar situations,
or situations that habitually case us stress. We can set ourselves
in a loop of “failure” and distress, which makes it even more difficult
to manage change, setbacks, or our life more generally.

Together, we can discuss actions that you can take to manage and reduce
stress, ways to help you feel more in control of your life.
